Eating after the conclusion of a detox diet

  1. Day 2: for breakfast a green tea with skimmed milk, two toasts of whole meal bread with low-calorie cheese spread and orange juice; in the middle of the morning 50 grams of light cheese; at lunch, a bowl of brown rice with a hard-boiled egg and grated carrot, and two tangerines; in the snack a handful of chopped nuts and a low-fat yogurt; at dinner a grilled white fish fillet, pumpkin puree and a pear.
  3. Day 3: for breakfast an infusion of horsetail with skimmed milk, two slices of whole meal bread with low-calorie cheese spread and orange juice; in the middle of the morning a skimmed yogurt; at lunch a tuna salad, brown rice and hard-boiled egg with a tablespoon of low-calorie mayonnaise; for snack, green tea with skimmed milk and whole wheat toast with a spoonful of light jam; at dinner a serving of chicken caesar salad and an apple.
