Diets often choke us because, faced with a limited list of products to use, we do not have enough imagination to combine them and extract dishes that are both varied and respectful of the routine we are carrying out.

This is the case of detox regimes, since they have to their credit a great restriction of food, it is more useful if it is possible to have an important recipe book so that we do not get bored halfway and, therefore, do not get the purposes that we initially set for ourselves.

Detox recipes to lose weight

  • Caribbean salad: It is a fresh dish that is very suitable to eat when temperatures begin to rise. To prepare it we need the following ingredients: half a lettuce, half a natural pineapple, two hard-boiled eggs -once they have cooled-, a cold chicken breast fillet, an orange, a tangerine, a lemon, mustard, honey, oil, pepper and salt.
  • Tofu and avocado salad: A very recurring option, especially for those women who like vegetarian food. We must have products such as lettuce, bean sprouts, 100 grams of guacamole, 100 grams of tofu, a tomato, 50 grams of green asparagus, 50 grams of muesli, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Purifying consommé: The main advantage of this dish lies in its own composition since its main ingredients are celery and apple, with which we can help the body both to eliminate toxins and to facilitate digestion. For its preparation we only need an apple, two celery stalks, a liter of water, olive oil and salt.
  • Leek and broccoli purifying cream: It is a simple cream to prepare that can be used both as a hot first course and as a light and healthy dinner. We must have the following ingredients: 200 grams of clean leeks, half a cube of vegetable broth, 250 grams of stemless broccoli, 85 grams of mineral water, olive oil and a sprig of parsley.
