Eating excesses usually take their toll on a physical level, with the abdomen being one of the body areas with the greatest propensity to accumulate fat. Given this scenario, it is not surprising that many of us worry about quickly losing all the weight that we have gained due to an unsuitable lifestyle.

As everything related to detox is a current trend, there are exclusive purifying diets with which to treat this problem, although we must remember that we must not lose sight of our diet once the specific food routine is finished.

Eliminate abdominal fat with a detox diet

  1. Day 1: for breakfast a pineapple, grapefruit and orange juice and a low-fat yogurt; in the middle of the morning watermelon water -without limit-; at lunch a vegetable soup, a salad with arugula, tomato, bean sprouts, lettuce and a small spoonful of flaxseeds, a cup of chamomile and an orange; at snack a tangerine, a low-calorie rice cracker and an infusion of ginger; at dinner a vegetable soup, a portion of steamed white fish, a cup of chamomile and a baked pear.
  2. Day 2: for breakfast an apple, carrot and orange juice and a slice of toasted whole meal bread with skimmed cheese; in the middle of the morning watermelon water; for lunch, a bowl of vegetable soup, a rice salad with hard-boiled eggs and broccoli, a cup of chamomile and an orange; in the snack 30 grams of almonds and an infusion of parsley; at dinner a bowl of vegetable soup, a portion of grilled turkey breast or chicken breast, a chamomile and a slice of pineapple.
  3. Day 3: for breakfast a pineapple and blueberry smoothie and a piece of skim cheese; in the middle of the morning watermelon water; at lunch a bowl of vegetable soup, a Caesar salad, a chamomile and a grapefruit; in the snack 50 grams of nuts and an infusion of parsley; at dinner a bowl of vegetable soup, a portion of baked white fish with a salad of lettuce and spinach, a chamomile and a slice of melon.
