  1. Day 1: for breakfast a low-fat yogurt with whole grains, two slices of toasted whole wheat bread with a little low-calorie jam and a glass of orange and grapefruit juice; for lunch, a grilled chicken breast with lemon juice, a watercress salad, a low-fat yogurt and a kiwi; in the snack a green tea with skimmed milk and two slices of low-calorie cheese; at dinner a small fillet of pork loin, a salad with tomato, a tangerine and a low-fat yogurt.
